Are you enjoying summer so far? I'm still working on my huge essay, phew it sure takes a lot of time! My son and I took today off though, to just spend time together and relax.
I've again used Magnolias lovely papers, this time the blue ones. The image is Whiff of joy. I ordered this beauty as soon as it was released, and this is the first time I've used it, can you believe it?! Feeling soo ashamed to have neglected poor Dressing Willow. I've used a little crackle paing on the paper edges. I really like the rughness of the crackle paint along with the elegance of the pearls and the stickles on the image and flowers. Flowers, lace and pearls from my stash.
A close up of this beautiful image. Sooo much fun to colour! I used distress inks and added a little stickles.
